How it works
Four steps from litter to cash in hand
- 01
Gear up at a center
Walk into any CleanLA center and grab free work gloves and garbage bags. No sign-up fee, no catch — just the supplies you need to start.
- 02
Fill your bag
Head out and collect litter from streets, sidewalks, parks, and alleys across your neighborhood. When your bag is full, bring it back.
- 03
Drop it on the platform
Empty your haul onto the drop platform. Our AI agent identifies each item as trash or recyclable and routes it down the conveyor belt.
- 04
Get paid on the spot
Items land in one of seven containers. You earn cash based on what you brought in — the cleaner and more sorted, the more you make.
An AI agent sees every item and sends it where it belongs
When you empty your bag onto the platform, our AI agent scans the pile and identifies what is trash and what is recyclable. A conveyor belt then carries each item into one of seven containers — one for each material type — no guessing, no sorting by hand.
